Woden School staff are recruited through the ACT Department of Education. School Principals are part of the coordinated selection process and we seek to employ, develop and retain staff of the highest calibre.
In line with the ACT Government Teachers Staff Collective Agreement staff undertake Professional Learning during stand down periods. The Teacher Professional Pathways initiative specifies that staff pursue their own life-long learning through professional development and further study.
